Whole school Diversity review  

Highly effective self-evaluation is central to school improvement and the rigour of real diversity across your school is very impactful for all stakeholders at the school. An external quality review of diversity across the key components of middle leaders, senior leaders and governance and the equality of promotion for all sub groups in your school will ensure leaders at all levels are confident that they work in a truly diverse and inclusive school. 

The diversity review provides accurate developmental feedback, helping you to ensure that your school is making the right choices in order to drive school inclusivity.

Our Consultant will:  

• Evaluate the diversity of middle leadership strand across your school 

• Evaluate the diversity of senior leadership strand across your school 

• Evaluate the diversity of governance strand across your school • Ensure systems for school self-evaluation are diverse and inclusive. 

• Review internal and external recruitment practices 

• Identify, and enable you to implement accurate improvement plans 

• Challenge your leadership team to be the best they can be 

The review will include:  

• An analysis of the school's staffing documentation, data analysis, some interviews with middle and senior leaders, 

• Review historic recruitment patterns 

• Highlight good practice that can be shared • Recommendations for improvement 

Cost  

Full day rate TBC - potential for a second day if required
