This is a bespoke consultation aimed at teachers, educational professionals and parents and service includes:

• 121 consultation if parents are facing conflict with school or educational institution and creation of action plan to resolve conflict

• 121 consultation if educator or teacher is facing conflict with school or educational institution and creation of action plan to resolve conflict

• Support for parents when facing concerns about exclusions and racially motivated treatment

• Support for parents when selecting schools at transition points of year 6, year 9 and year 12

• Some coaching sessions and ongoing support.
