Personal development Review
This is a bespoke support for staff members who feel that they are not being effectively developed by their current school. This is a highly individual package aimed at improving the prospect of the named staff member.
Review Process:
• Analysis of the current position of staff member via a 121 hour long conversation and a full audit of individual skills and knowledge.
• Consultant will explore the career trajectory of that staff member.
• An independent evaluation of the educational journey to date that identifies the shortcomings or gaps in the experience to date.
• A bespoke action plan making suggestions about how to fill the gaps.
• Access to a range of materials that can support the individual to help improve their own promotional prospect.
• If appropriate staff member will be registered on a leadership development program that will give them access to 40 leadership modules including diagnostic tools.
• Some coaching sessions as ongoing support.
